Ive replaced the primary (18 turns #12 insulated )and secondary windings and back on at 49.5A loop current at 0220z Tuesday. Taking temperatures with the thermal "imager" to check for further hotspots..... Ive learnt that microbore isnt too good in my application. Ive replaced the 2 turns secondary in series with C and the loop with #4 insulated cable and seen a slight an increase of 3 amps in the loop current.
