Looking at the file you sent, I think that the audio level should have been higher. Note that the "pm" values are all in the single numbers, which is quite low. Before the GUI version was available, I typically set the audio level in recording a .wav file to about 6 dB below clipping. That level would of course be dominated by noise, with the very weak "wanted" signal being many dB below. You will know that you have exceeded the limits of the detector when the "pm" values increase in steps of 4096 from line to line. So you might have had better copy last night with the gain (or Windows slider) cranked up. Good job! John Andrews
