W3EEE's DCF39 plot shows signals lower than in previous weeks. Interestingly, VO1NA's QRSS120 signals suddenly peaked around 0320 and continued strong for about an hour. This was accompanied by what looks on the Argogram like Luxemburg Effect. I was using a QRSS30 screen and this speed, or even QRSS10, would have been easily usable, making a two-way possible with the right EU station.
