By shutting down at 0600Z you are limiting the TA window. I'd suggest 0700 or even 0800Z if possible. Do you have an accurate frequency readout of your TX?< I would suggest QRSS30. As Jay suggests, the hour around your sunrise time could be good. You should try to stay on until 0730 UTC, if possible. I did look for the QRSS10 transmission last weekend, and saw nothing.
