Unfortunately, we did not manage to hook up with VO1NA; G0MRF and myself were transmitting an receiving on schedule untill about 2am Sunday morning, by which time we had not seen even a trace of Joe's signal, so we decided to give up! A more unfortunate piece of news was passed on to me during a QSO with Jeff, F6BWO, who says that Werner, ON6ND is very ill - I expect he would appreciate any messages or cards from those on LF who know him.
