I wondered at first whether it was a version of the the old R&EW project (CirKit) which was called the Rubicron. That was a thing with two pcbs about Euro sized I think. I definitely have all the gen on that as I have all the old mags in archive. I also keep some Maplin cats as a source of data so there may be something in them.....all you want then is a way of getting the time data to your PC to reset the clock regularly. I think the first IC fell foul of finger trouble I suspect it is a TL081CN which is an op-amp. that should be enough to identify the diagram (the 567 is a tone decoder PLL used for demod) It looks like the decoding was done in the PC where as the Rubicron had a microcontroller chip on the 2nd pcb.
