Am constructing a loop of 1.7 meters diameter made out of 52inch tube rolled into a loop with a 2500pf vacuum variable capacitor. The feed arrangement will be a smaller coax feed formed into a loop with inner and outer joined to the braid. The bit that eludes me is how the impedance is transformed.
