how about 2 brushless motors (modelairplanes), 2 propellers, 3 wires for motorsupply and as vertical. Only question: what about the 3 chokes at 15 kV rf?

Avoid all these problems by using a small tethered  HOT AIR BALLOON. A gaz fired burner is cheap to operate.
