This is the 700strand stuff that is used in the Decca loading coils. I think that there is about 700m of it in lengths ranging from 16 to 27m. The ends have all been dressed and soldered so it is easy to link up. Total weight about 25kg. I am reinstalling the LF antenna, which was removed from the mast during the summer to allow experiments on HF antennas for my 'Antennas' column in RadCom. The loading coils have been hosed down to remove several months salt encrustation from sea gales! Spider cooking time expected to start later this week. Peter G3LDO
