I decided to go back to a previous (my best) antenna configuration in my small back garden & try to improve the efficiency on that. It seems that I have been succesful. I tested this evening (13-08-2004) from about 1955z starting at lowest DC input (100 watts) & increase to 300 watts maximum. The antenna current was the highest I have recorded at 2.5 amps, but I noticed that at that power level I was switching a neighbours "Touch Light" in a bedroom on each key down, I know it is a touch light, I have two & have to disconnect them when using LF Tx. There is probably no cure because I found mine were activated even on Top Band (160 mtrs). Has anyone else experienced this problem? Regards Gary - G4WGT --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
