The only BIG signal from mainland EU is YU7AR. I have not heard him for some time but he is the only one that might manage a QSO to UA0 or ZL. The others are very much weaker and I have seen them struggling to work each other around EU never mind any DX beyond. At my QTH all EU stns are weak compared to the Russian stns and YU7AR.
