RN6BN 10db above noise floor on my loop at 1600z.
 
The signal increased to over 20 db soon afterwards. I normally run ARGO in the 3 sec dot mode, except when there is a need to separate signals close to each other for ID purposes. This signal is nearly as strong as local UK stns. This must say something for the big antenna at the BN qth.
