They give that message when the back-up Li-batt has gone down or been replaced. There are a set of buttones that you push to clear the message. With the 5002 the clear is "special function 97.1 " I think the clear is by pressing 0 (that is zero), SHIFT , SF (that is the special function key) in sequence. That will clear the message if the batt is above 2.8V It should stay clear.
