The DCF39 plot for the 10/11th at Steve Dove's site (W3EEE) shows the best levels I have seen since January 2003, with best time around 0600z and little fading at all through the night. Despite this I only have weak suggestions (no character seen) of Joe VO1NA's signal here last night. He is operating with a reduced efficiency aerial at present. CFH is inactive at present. NOAA SEC forecast an increase to minor storm levels (Kp=5) on the 12/13th ( though they do not seem to be aware that the current month is February !! ) as a coronal hole becomes geoeffective again. I do not expect this (if it occurs) to have any radio effects before the 15/16th so we have a window of about 5 days at present. Happy Hunting Cheers de Alan G3NYK alan.melia@btinternet.com Full report on www.alan.melia.btinternet.co.uk/lastest.htm
