This varies from inaudible to S9+ depending on propagation. Unfortunately, amateur signals with ERP about 40 - 50dB down on CFH are rarely likely to be audible - I don't think anyone has ever positively heard any of the transatlantic amateur signals, allthough several of us were of the opinion that VE1ZZ was "nearly" audible occasionally when he was active some time ago.
