Hi Dick and Rik,
Farnell sells minimum 100 pieces TC4426.
RS-Component delivers one single chip for abt 2.73 Pounds. G0MRF should have this driver too.

Dick,

they have all the TC44xx drivers at Farnell.
Be aware that the TC4421/22 are 9 Amp. versions and rather expensive (arround 10 Euro) while the TC4426/27 are 1.5 Amp. versions and cost less than 2 Euro.
The 1.5 Amp. version can drive a couple of FET's without any problem.

You can reach Farnell : 73, Rik  ON7YD

Hello all,

I am wondering where I can get (one of) the following components:

TC4421
TC4422
TC4426
MUR1660CT

A google search didn't deliver a resonable result.
I am looking for a store/firm in Holland or Germany, as this is
the easiest way in case of ordering/paying.

Any suggestions??

Meanwhile I started to build the first part for my 136kHz station:
the 1370kHz VFO..........
The rest will be a lot of bits and pieces from various designs, likely
resulting in a QRPP transmitter capable of producing 100Watt or so.
