Im getting the same carrier when conditions to Eu are good and Im pretty sure its over your way and isnt a ghost. It was seen here in Jan too. All things being equal it has to be West of the line, or in OH/OH0/OE/I/9H/5U/5N The carrier only appears at "peak conditions" which are, as of today, from 0400-0600Z. The spread of the carrier is around 0.1Hz which is why I think it may have a FSK/PSK or similar content. Any responses, even nil, appreciated.
