The 136 khz band as been very active this past couple of days. Our man in Marrakesh must be hearing something. Active this afternoon since 1646 utc and early evening RU6LA, DK1IS,OH5UFO,DL2HRE and S52AB. The weakest signal with me is 559 but most are between 579 and 599. All seen on QRS around 137 khz but far too strong for this mode and could easily be worked around EU on normal CW. Condx on LF are excellent at present. Antenna in use here 80 metre perimiter loop parallel resonated for 137 khz and RX Hagenuk EE430 plus outboard DSP processer for max selectivity. Signals on my 40 metre vertical at least 10 db stronger and need attenuation for best signal over noise. Loop without any preamp on the EE430 on RX just about right. I have worked them all before a number of times. 73 De Mal/G3KEV > >
