Monitored last night but nothing seen on KL1X's frequency. A large signal at a faster QRSS rate came on at around 2330UTC on 137.774kHz - who was that? Most of the weak signals that pop up out of the noise are Loran lines. I am now used to these. The strong ones are present all the time and the very weak ones start to come through at about 0700UTC. The signal that Laurie saw had a different characteristic to Loran and popped up at a different time, and on KL1X's frequency. Regards, Peter, G3LDO e-mail Web
