Apparently the decay rate of money (which can have both signs) does conserve parity... in other words, the product between the sign of its exponential and the sign of the versor indicating the time direction is invariant. This has the unfortunate consequence that any amount of money you bring with you back in time has a negative interest rate immediatedly applied to it.
