The city of Manassas has received FCC approval to put RF in the range
1.7-30 MHz onto their power lines for "carrier current" tests.

(Good bye Ham Radio reception there ???)

If testing is going on in Montgomery County, we should
find out just where and conduct some observations there also.

The Monthly AMRAD meeting will take place, as usual, at the Dolley
Madison Public Library, McLean Virginia at 07:30pm (1930H for the real people)

Frank Gentges K0BRA proposes to bring along some hardware and stuff and
talk about what we can put together for some observations. Frank is willing
to outfit his Frankmobile van into a mobile lab for this work.
