I can copy your signal with my "home"-equipment, which is an untuned wire plugged into the TS850, lots of local noise. A long dot at 22:40 UTC and some longer dash now (22:50).

Or who is it ? One of my next-door-LF-neighbours ??

Waterfall reads 653.37 Hz which is 137.77337 kHz but the TS850 is still drifting.
