In fact I think there were two editions of the "Sourcebook". > The book Dick is refering to is a later glossy bound printed book (pub 2001) > which is much more up to date with current projects., including Dave's Amp. > LF is moving so fast that we will be needing an update of that book soon !! > > Cheers de Alan G3NYK Yes, Alan is right. The original LF Experimenters Sourcebook was produced in 1996 in response to a requirement for information for the then new 73kHz allocation in the UK. Information for this book came from such sources as 'LF Scene' (by ZL1CA & ZL2BBJ), a column from the New Zealand ham radio mag 'Break In' and 'The Lowdown', the magazine of the Longwave Club of America; these guys were the only ones with experiance in LF at the time. It was produced comb bound with a blue cover. A second edition was produced in 1998. By this time we had some experiance of our own to include and we also had the new 136kHz band. This publication also was produced comb bound with a blue cover. These publications were produced rather hurredly to meet a need and the pages were photocopies of paste-ups. A higher quality publication was required and this was met with 'The Low Frequency Experimenter's Handbook', which was published in 2000. I have included an Addendum and Erratta to this book on my website, shown below. Work on this site is a bit behind shedule but it will be updated very shortly. I have a mass of stuff that has been edited from hundreds of e-mails on the LF reflector and this also will be included. Regards, Peter, G3LDO e-mail Web
