Am still around on LF fighting the downtown noise and trying to move a step forward despite my OOTC status !. Got a PIC (16C84) from a friend and folowing the ideas of SM6LKM started to build a keyer and LF generator. Have added a QRSS3 section to the software and dividing a 3579.545 KHz XTAL with 26 got a stable 137.666 KHz signal which is driving a DF3LP type (IRF630, IRF640) amplifier, thats 50 W into a vario & sloping 41 m wire. Will run the beacon for several hours in the evenings and mornings of the next days. Reports are welcome. 73 Szigy.
