The AC power was lost due to falling tree limbs about 3 a.m. local time. The server, which is also at my location, is on a UPS but it will only run the server a few hours. I had terminated the HGB plot prior to finally loosing AC because the antenna was icing up and the signal level was falling. Also the AC power was hitting several hours before it finally failed. Now at 3 p.m. local time the AC power has been restored but may fail again at any time. There was hardly no melting of the ice during the day and the temp is now falling with the trees still loaded with ice. If the wind starts blowing we are in for more trouble. We have tons of broken limbs on the ground all around the house but so far only minor roof damage. The loop antenna was damaged but should be easy to repair. It will be several days at best before I will be able to resume monitoring and posting the plots. 73, Dex Laurie Mayhead wrote: > > Is anyone else having trouble with www.gostanley.com/w4dex/75khz/hbg.jpg > I have been trying to download last nights plot since 0830 but am greeted > with message Gateway timeout, server unreachable. > Don't know the wether trouble is with my server or what! > 73 Laurie.
