That is all that is required and this qso counts for a qsl card and any awards claimed.
 
 
The same can be applied to LF except use RR instead of rst on QRS mode. The HF end is on normal cw and can use normal hf procedure to confirm that you are being copied RST, OOO or RRR
(plus 73 GL, TU or TKS etc- which is not necessary anyway) what is all the argument about, TKS or TU  sent by the qrs station is not necessary and only wastes time if others are waiting.
Common sense seems to be scarce on LF
