Thanks to Dave/yxm and Gus/sm6bhz who also heard this carrier. It was S9 plus here and Dave, not sure what time it went off but it was during the afternoon, so looks like the same thing.
I thought it might have been Gus who was also very strong 599 on 136.5 khz.
If it was coming from the South maybe someone tuning up a turbo charged intercooler Decca Jeep
or it could have been Rik to the East with his new super loop soaking up 175 amps RF.
