DBF39 is back and measured strength just now is -23db

                                                                           Ant-90metre vertical loop resonant on the freq followed by a decca preamp then the spm12.
 
The above readings equate to S9 + 40 on the ic706 with a 250 hz b/width.
 
Exact qth here is N 54.29770 W 0.45564 using GPS accuracy indicated 15 feet.
 
Those so inclined might like to make some calculations on the above data.
