on 135934Hz since 2200 UT there is a strong QPSK31 signal, about 29dBuV/m from southeast, appearing to be SXV. I can read it with G3PLX's PSK31-SB, the error correction seems to accept it but only rubbish on screen, so probably encrypted. I wonder whether they might like to have a QSO...
