For this event DDH47 is specially licenced by the german telecommunication authority to work crossband/interservice QSOs with amateur radio stations. DDH47 transmit on 147.3 kHz in CW and give a QSX in the amateur radio bands. Active (if I rememeber well...hi) from, 2230z til 0500 or 0530z also active in QRSSS for transatlantic tests.
