In fact it comes out at 0.03 Hz at 136 kHz. Not the best but probably adequate for non-critical applications. Wolf DL4YHF suggests packing round the osc with styrofoam or similar to shield it from the fan airstream. Good idea. If anybody is interested in seeing my 706 osc stability graphs let me know. They're too big to post here.
