I've been asked to update an article for Rad Com and I have been trying to locate some details of the current 2 way 136kHz Transatlantic record.

I believe it's still G3AQC to Larry VA3LK but is the distance recorded anywhere?
Also, I've seen mention on the reflector of activity from South America (Brazil?) but is any country in that continent currently licensed to transmit on 136kHz?
