Are any tests scheduled with any USA station on 5260, 5280, 5290, 5400 or 5405 kHz?
If not, Please send the UK regulations for 5 MHz.
Re:
"Frequencies to become available in Great Brittan are 5260,5280, 5290, 5400 and 5405 kHz."
I am asking the ARRL: can I ever transmit early for a test?
