It can be accessed as a page on my web site under the Propagation heading. I have not bundled up a downloadable version as it is not that long, and its in HTML, and the images are all in GIF format. I hope most of the typos are out of it, but I been looking at it for so long now that I can no longer spot the errors in it. Remember it you want to save it, you will have to click on the images individually to save them, as HTML only saves the links. I hope it was worth waiting so long for it !
