Jim M0BMU, Markus DF6NM and I had a 3-corner-mixed-mode-QSO (in Jason/CW) on Tuesday evening.
Markus used his linear TX with an output power between 130 W down to 100 mW.
Solid copy with 1 watt over a distance of roughly 350 km between DF6NM and DF0WD, even more impressive that Markus' QRP signal could be copied at Jim's QTH.
I don't know what Markus' lowest ERP was when Jim had still fair copy - he may explain himself.
Jim, I hope you have a couple of Megabytes in the box now and a fast DSL access to send the data to Stewart.
I tried to save a couple of wave files while running Jason in "RX" mode, but it seems my old laptop is not suitable for this - Windoze asked me to close the application which occupied the soundcard, and a second PC was not available during the test.

Thanks for the test to everyone involved. Jim told us he will be putting out a Jason signal tomorrow, maybe something to listen for across the pond if he uses full power ?

Regards,
 Wolf DL4YHF/DF0WD.
