The 9300 series is same spec, except only 0 to 70 degree temp, probably adequate for your purpose, and much easier to find. Datasheet at http://www.national.com/pf/93/9309.html . If you can't even find that, you might be able to kludge in a 74153 (or modern equivalent), if the dual-polarity outputs are not used, and you're willing to adapt the different pinout.
