By all means let's have a RECOMMENDED bandplan but to start moaning when somebody occupies the "wrong" slot for an hour or two in an otherwise empty band is a bit rich. Like the guy in the "Fast Show" who's sitting completely alone in an empty football stadium and when somebody else comes in and sits down a few rows away tells him "Can't sit there, mate, it's taken".
