I will be happy to make a copy for you. Please give me your address. It's not an easy unit to operate... you need: - a stable reference oscillator, 1, 5 or 10 MHz - a stripchart recorder (or two, better) - an oscilloscope (if possible a storage one, I used a Tek 7633) - a Loran loop antenna (not E-field!!! it works, but the jitter is worse) - an old-style Loran chain (not NELS, HI) - time and patience to undestand operation... The 2000C has a 3-digit GRR code, the NELS has added a digit... so you can't sync on it. I tried to modify the logic to lock on Lessay but without success, the timing logic is very complex and simply adding a counter isn't enough. So I will send you the schematic and operating manual, obtained from Austron a few years ago. If you are able to modify it, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I have two units on the shelf... one paid $700... when the Mediterranean chain was operating I was able to use the 2000C to zero-beat an HP 5061A cesium to +/- 2 parts in 10^-12. Not so bad.
