Dear all.

Rugby on 73.3 seems to be off the air today and at 1100 gmt I see (and hear) a data signal centred on 73.8kHz. I's about 120Hz wide and would be readable by ear as CW, even with the antenna tuned to 136kHz. I assume this is CFH?
