Some initial confusion about whether it was Walter's test signal, but now we know it was not, I shall monitor 137.0 +/- over the next few days and try to catch a picture. Signal strength and direction (I have two loops) should give us an idea of the source. Ko's picture did not quite look like what I saw, which showed a frequency rising rapidly on keying to an unsteady level.
