Hi. Have you tried the famous microwave oven test on a bit of the material?? I suggest if it passes that saw it up and load the bits in the back of the car when you come down to the LF Convention (Whoops I think they prefer to call it the HF convention !!) at Old Windsor.....you will find you will be able to give away any amount of the stuff.
