My first qso with Ruda OK1DTN on 11-2-2001 give 3-3-9 rcvd 4-3-9 My second qso with Ruda was on 25-2-2001 give 5-7-9 rcvd 4-3-9 So my vert. was stable , and big difference on His sig. , unless He uses now an amplifier .
