Nothing easier than to separate RS232 with opto-couplers. I use my laptop about 50 cm from the loading coil, PA is 500 W. No problem. If the RF is induced to a cable to the soundcard you will damage it anyway. I have separated this way all the outlets from the laptop, and not to make an antenna to it, I don't use a mouse, too (trackpoint instead). 73 Petr OK1FIG
