Yes those outages caused time loss, a painful time loss I might add my hands
are still sore hi, but the start date is correct.  The end date given was
for Lauries QTH in UTC time but the email went out from here in my local
date and time which was the day before hi.

As I understand your email you have read the dates correctly., all within
the QSO period.
