Don't take too much notice of the figures in it - I was playing about with Litz wire loops obviously at the time that was saved. A Qu of 10000 certainly won't be seen - but I wonder what the main mechanism that brings it down to the actual Qu value of 400 is really is - probably capacitive coupling between turns, that can be a Q killer.
