The manufacturer is Siemens, the device looks like e black cilinder,diameter about 6.5 cm and 9 cm high, with a 9 poles circular male connector (similar to octal type) on the bottom and on the top the following inscription: "Siemens Schwingquarz-thermostat 4,000000 Mhz 70° C 20V 14W Q91502-A4000-E-1".
