Jorma, OH8PX, retired from Oulu University is a Jupiter radio signal expert and there are some others. I did listen once again some .au and .wav recordings of AKR and MAGCUSP noise, there is some resemblance, but ... There should be no reason why someone else in these latitudes couldn't be hearing it.
