Canada is edging closer to a VLF Amateur allocation.

To understand this bulletin, you should know that CARAB is the Canadian
Amateur Radio Advisory Board, composed of employees of the Canadian radio
regulatory agency (Industy Canada) and the national organisation
representing hams, the Radio Amateurs of Canada.
