You will need to be between 137.750 kHz and 137.799 kHz to let Jack get as far as possible from CFH on 137.000. If there is a North Atlantic test from a DECCA site I will also lay out a 2500 ft Beverage optimized for Europe and 1000 ft of coax feedline with about three days notice. My receiving system has improved here over the last months. I have heard (seen) the AMRAD beacons and have also copied the LowFer signal from VE3OT, Mitch near London, Ontario. I am seeing DCF39 reliably every night that I look for it, occasional periods of static from storms to the south of me cover it up but the signal is still very visible here in Eastern Canada. The window of low noise on LF is closing fast here, if anyone can move quick to a good site please email me ASAP. If time is of the essence for your test, consider phoning me at 613 - 273-6201 and leave a voice mail if I do not answer. Best time for answering the phone is 00 utc to 04 utc or 10 utc to 11 utc.
