did you try using AF transformers to remove ground loops ? There are suited audio frequency transformers in most junk-boxes, even when the ratio between primary and secondary coils is not 1:1 they are good.
A (galvanic) decoupling between the computer and the radio may possibly help - at least it did in my case.
